A Transit Insulated Subfloor Cut for a Perfect Fit

We build every subfloor in-house on a CNC machine. Systems are available for both the 148 inch and 148 inch extended wheelbase Ford Transit. Each floor is made from three or four panels, depending on van length, that match the contours and ribs of the van floor. The tight, drop-in fit is easy to install and cuts down on air gaps for better insulation.

Insulation and Durability

Our proprietary insulated panels are a sandwich of 12mm Baltic birch plywood and 1 inch polyiso foam, bonded with 3M 70 construction adhesive. The result is a tough base with an R-value of 6.6. We route grooves into the foam for fit, and the panels still insulate well, keeping your van warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Height: about one inch above the top of the ribs.
Adhesive: one tube of 3M 550 sealant per panel is included.
Approx panel weights: 148 is 96 lbs, EXT is 116 lbs.
Options: cut for L-track, or solid with no L-track.
Lead time: built to order, 4 to 6 weeks.
Freight: $350 flat rate.
