How to Use Paper Templates for Wall Panels
Lay the Ford Transit paper patterns on your sheet goods, trace the panel contour, and cut. Because the templates mark the Ford factory 8mm threaded insert locations, your wall panels line up with the mounting points already in the van. The ceiling templates show a suggested light pattern and suggested rivnut locations, so you can plan wiring and fasteners before you cut the ceiling.
The window shapes are drawn on the templates too. That means your wall panels can follow the front driver side window, the slider door window and a CRLVW1033 bunk window without guesswork. On the rear doors, use the outline that matches your van, with or without windows.
Paper templates are a good fit if you want to use your own material or finish, or if you prefer to do the cutting yourself. If you would rather skip the cutting, see our pre-cut van wall and ceiling kits. Need the floor too? Grab the Ford Transit floor paper patterns.
The Ford Transit paper patterns are designed around the Ford Transit cargo van and made in the USA. Watch the video below to see how our wall panels and ceiling go together.

I seen the video where you installed the metal ceiling to wall brace but you did'nt show how you determined where to put the red line? Also can you send me a link that tells about the pattern set? Over all I'm stocked about the Patterns

I ordered the ceiling pattern kit for a ‘24 Transit med roof 148 (non ext)
The patterns themselves are of great quality. The only issue I had is I had to make modifications when it came to the middle and front panels. The suggested puck light holes ended up being even with the ribs on both of those panels, which kinda sucked cause the holes were already drilled for them. I ended up having to move those over on both panels and patch up the suggested holes. The front also needed modification to work with the blobs and about 2-3” needed to be cut off the end to sit flush with the middle panel. Overall not too big of a deal, but I am not sure if these patterns are based off of a older model Transit and maybe things changed for the ‘24+

I ordered the templates for the back doors and side door for my 2023 Ford Transit 148" High Roof. The quality of the paper templates was excellent. I only needed to make a small adjustment for fit to one panel after cutting them out. While pricey, these templates saved a lot of time trying to come up with my own cardboard/paper templates and using the cut, trim, check, and repeat method.
