The AVC RIG 148 EXT Wood Wall Kit can cut a week or more off your Ford Transit build time. Every wall panel and ceiling panel is precision cut for the 148 extended (EXT) Ford Transit Cargo van, with multiple pre-cut window configurations to match your van.
What's Included in the 148 EXT Wood Wall Kit

Kits with front windows no longer include the window trim frames for the driver side.
Wall Kit Options: Lights, Mounting Points and Windows
Each 148 EXT Wood Wall Kit is set up to match how you plan to build:
- Ceiling lights: option for ceiling panels patterned for 8 light locations with 2.375" holes for Acegoo lights.
- Mounting points: option for panels with holes for the factory threaded inserts in the Ford Transit, as well as AVC's location for adding rivnuts to the roof ribs.
- Windows: multiple pre-cut window configurations, including the rear window options shown above.
Material: 1/4" Baltic Birch
The 148 EXT Wood Wall Kit is cut from 1/4" Baltic Birch, the standard in the van building industry.
