The kit is CNC cut from 1/4” material of your choice. The van panel kit includes walls, ceiling, sliding door, and rear doors. It is patterned for 8 lights in the ceiling and for all of the factory threaded inserts for hanging/attaching your overheads and furniture. The ceiling also gives access to the locations of factory holes where rivnuts can be added for additional fastening points.
Kits with front windows no longer include the window trim frames for the driver side and passenger slider.
Due to rising costs of material we now have 2 options available:
Baltic Birch:
- higher quality material
- better screw retention
- multi ply
- the standard in the van building material
- price and availability are a challenge
Underlayment:
- readily available
- cost effective
- less rigid so conforms to the contours a bit easier
