Medium- features two front pockets for storing smaller items like toiletries, a fully closable 18 inch wide storage compartment, gear loops for clipping on extra gear, and a shoulder strap.
Large- features two front pockets, a fully closable 24 inch wide storage compartment, gear loops, and a shoulder strap.
XL- features two front pockets for storing medium sized items like socks/underwear, a fully closable 32 inch wide storage compartment, gear loops, and a shoulder strap.
