The AVC Transit 130 Medium Roof Rack V2 boasts an all-new modular design that is a direct bolt-on and requires no modification. Constructed of 3/16" thick aircraft-grade aluminum, the full-length aluminum roof rack provides over 100 inches of space for mounting gear, RTT, solar panels, storage boxes, and more. The rack is mounted using 10 bent 1/8" steel towers and is primed and powder-coated for a durable finish. Featuring 5 crossbars, this Ford Factory-compatible rack is capable of handling multiple accessories via bolting or strapping.
Towers are available in either coated steel or stainless. Steel towers work just fine and have since we released our roof rack. If your van will spend its days beach front, in extreme weather conditions, or if you are particularly concerned about corrosion then go for the Stainless Steel towers.
